Studying Media Studies is essential in today’s media filled world because you get to learn to analyze all forms of media content consumed by the world daily from Tv, Video games, computers and etc. My favorite media product is my television because I get to watch all of my favorite shows and movies. A lot of people my age use there television every day and with the wide range of options, it would help them see all forms of media. Another importance of Media Studies is that you get to know and learn how to create your own media product, being able to let your creativity shine is what is important in media studies. Three things I find interesting in media studies are first being able to learn about all the new digital media in the world and how to use it, how you can create your own media, and how media is represented.
On my blog i will be documenting an opening film. I want to create a crime and thriller film for the target audience of teens because It would help knowing the opinions of my age group and to receive feedback along the way of making my film. To create a film, you need to learn of how to work as a team and communicate as a team as effectively. another thing that you need is being able to work with technology well. My film will be ready by the deadline.
Four strategies that I need to have to have to create my film and document my blogging journey are: first, doing my work on time or ahead of time and nit letting my assignments stack; second, ask for help from my peers and teacher if i need it; third, is to have a creative mind and be open to more ideas; and finally, i will need to be well organized. these will help me throughout my blogs because they are core strategies with high-scoring students.
